Purchase of the year for me! ### ⭐ Highly disappointed, terrible product and service *by L***A on 7 January 2025* For 5 minutes, I was impressed by the product’s ability to quickly and neatly remove bobbles / piling from a jumper. It then stopped working and despite following all the instructions and troubleshooting advice, nothing helped. At this point, a refund or replacement should have been an easy and straightforward solution, however both Amazon and the ‘third party seller’ were unhelpful and difficult to contact. The seller offered no advice or solutions and simply stated that their printer label (with return postage you have to cover btw) was the best they could do.
