My item arrived on time and the packaging was absolutely wonderful. The placemats arrived in a large box completely flattened. I like the color a lot and the stitching and durability is very nice. The only thing is, instead of being flat, they were folded. So now there's a fairly noticeable crease in them. The directions said that all I have to do is flatten them out with a heavy flat object. I flattened them, and the creases CAME BACK! Annoying.
