Packaged well,super soft, no odor, no tangling , no shedding,no matting on the neck , please make sure you follow the directions listed on the nice package! I would recommend cowashing the hair before installation. I also dyed the hair and the hair did not get damaged in the process, curls are the same, still soft, still just as good as before. Curly hair can be very tricky but after reading previous reviews I thought I would give it a try and I absolutely love it !!! I love the hair so much I have already purchased more hair a week later.
