They are small enough to to go on penny board I think. I have a board with half inch risers and these work fine. Perfect for cruising. Soft and small enough to not get wheel bite on a non-longboard (although you may need risers)

Surprisingly, my wheels came with bearings inside, what a nice bonus! (I also ordered bearings, which will remain in the box for when these need changing.) The wheels and the bearings are smooth as butter, well made and look great. What a difference the bearings and wheels make compared to my smaller trick-oriented wheels and aging bearings. Had a blast riding around the local park!

Good wheels I use these on my Santa Cruz mini cruiser ive been cruising up and down the beach and these wheels ride smooth surprisingly id recommend getting some blank bearings abec3 from tgm skate shop they go well with these I'm very happy with the purchase definitely worth the price !!! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they do wear easily compared to penny wheels and slime balls but their still decent :)
