I wear a 32B and it made my cleavage look wonky, but looked great under clothes. You couldn't even tell it was there. I've been wearing it under strapless shirts and it's awesome. The cups stick great, even through sweat, and it doesn't hurt the nipples when you peel it off.However, it doesn't offer a lot of lift.
