Very comfortable, however the plastic buckle does slide a little bit over the course of the day so I was making regular adjustments. I was also constantly having to pull the fabric back up to my shoulder or down my arms depending on my movements. My only word of caution is that it will snag on every piece of jewelry you wear, especially bracelets if you keep your arms in close to your body.
