It is useful that you can either have the ankle strap in place and use as a sandal or not and use as a clog type, but there is a slight lip at the back so you do need to put your foot fully in. For me that takes a bit more effort as they are on the narrow size, I have a wide fit and a high instep so would have been better going up half a size. I was looking for a slipper and this is a sandal so should have connected the dots.They are quite comfortable and I may get more used to the flexible soles after time.
