However there are a couple of things I think could be looked at by the makers of this. The first is it’s quite hard to put on, in particular quite hard to tighten around the arm given that this is done by one hand. It may be that the bit that secures and tightens the armband is situated on the other side of the muscle if that makes sense. The second is I use it for the gym. The protective cover is thick plastic and there are no air holes. I sweat a lot while working out and my fear is that sweat will premature loosen the sensor and I will loose it before the end of the sensors life cycle. So a few air vents would not go amiss. For what it is, it is not cheap. I’d have thought the designer would have thought through the design speciations a little better. As far as I can see this is the only armband of this type on the market but as the sensor is worm by more people there will need to be greater variety.... hopefully!. It does the job but could have been a lot better.Just after I’d written this review I Noticed 2 pictures describing the product. The 1st picture showing the single armband with the green wavy covering I got. The covering I cannot take off. The 2nd picture shows 3 armbands, one of which has the front covering missing which I did not get. Is there different types of armband you can order? Did I not get the full order? Confusing especially had I wanted to ordered a armband of the second type I described? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple, effective & excellent customer service *by A***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 August 2019* The fit is comfortable, but if you think you’re on the edge of verge of it being too small I’d suggest sticking with the smaller size as I ordered a large for safety and it was just about on my arm. That said it’s simple and easy to put on and felt natural enough. But that all pails in comparison to the simply outstanding customer service provided in sorting out the return and exchange to get the smaller size and the quick response to emailed queries. I can’t say enough about how good the customer service is. I’m yet to use it anger, but I expect to be very happy with this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Seems small *by N***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 February 2020* I bought a medium and it's very tight.
