## Questions & Answers

**Q: How long is the warranty on it, because it says it holds 400lbs I only weigh 300lb it broke folded up an dumped me in the floor?**
A: Piece of junk. It collapsed under my weight and dumped me on the floor. I weigh 201 pounds.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the stool when it is closed?**
A: Dimensions listed are INCORRECT for width. When in the closed position (for storage) width is 1.5 inches across the widest part of the base of the legs. However, width at the folded top is 2.5 inches (across the bottom of the folded top). As a result we were unable to store it between the fridge and a wall as planned. It would have been nice to know this in advance. However, it is a very useful step ladder so we found another place to store it.

**Q: How tall is the stool when open and when folded?**
A: According to the pictures, 16” open, 20” folded

**Q: How much weight does this hold?**
A: As of 30 Jan '19, the packaging on the product indicates (1) "HOLDS UP TO 330 LBS (150KG)" vs (2) "Maximum standing capacity: 75 LBS" ... like most adults and more than most kids, I weigh in between the two and bought this, indeed, as a step stool, as advertised, thinking it was, as indicated, "Premium" and "Heavy Duty." I'll unpackage and expand and step so as to stand on it ... at the least squeak or sign of potential buckling, I'll return it. One would think the manufacturer or Acko would, uh-hmm, weigh on on the discrepancy and safety of its product.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A must have!!!
*by B***W on January 18, 2026*

This 13-inch folding step stool is a game-changer for reaching those high shelves in the kitchen or helping toddlers reach the bathroom sink independently. It provides just the right amount of height for everyday tasks without the bulk of a full-sized ladder. Compact and Portable: The most impressive feature is how easily it folds flat. At only about 1.5 to 2 inches wide when collapsed, it tucks away perfectly between a refrigerator and a cabinet or under a desk. The integrated carrying handle makes it effortless to move from room to room. Sturdy and Secure: Despite being lightweight, it is remarkably durable, with most models supporting up to 300 lbs. The textured, grip-dot surface and anti-skid rubber feet provide a secure footing, so there is no worry about slipping even on tile floors. Easy to Use: It opens and closes with a single hand, which is ideal if you are already carrying something. Safety features like rounded corners also prevent any accidental scratches or bruises during use. Whether for home, office, or travel in an RV, this 13-inch step stool offers exceptional value and reliability. It's a no brainer if you have any doubts every house hold needs one
