Furthermore, the awful taste carries into baking and cooking. I only got these because I tried Deb-El egg whites and those were tasteless, so I thought this would be the same; it's not. I can sneak 1 tbsp into another protein shake, and that's my best hope and using this stuff up. You can't find egg protein at this price, nor in an all natural formulation. What a great alternative to aspartame & sodium laden products out there. Only drawbacks are a slight odor (not present in the taste - taste is almost neutral), and it lumps unless you use a blender. This is normal for egg proteins though, and the benefits of this great product outweigh the minor issues.
