This seems like a great case. I like how they struck a balance between slimness, padding, and external shell protection. It fits my needs well...except for the fact that the 17.3" model doesn't fit in my backpack. With my laptop, a 2019 Alienware m17 R1, inside, the external dimensions are larger than stated in each dimension, about 17.15" x 13.5". My backpack can just fit 12.40" but certainly not 13.5". It sucks that I have to return this, because it seems great otherwise.
