Having relied so heavily on the excellent quality resistance bands over lockdown, I purchased the red resistance band to help me with warming up now we are allowed back in the gym.Like all of Geez products, delivery was quick and the standard of the band first rate, unlike many of the items sold on Amazon. The band itself feels sturdy and thick and has proven itself very useful in the times I have used it. The online exercise guide provided is handy even to an experienced gym goer such as myself and has provided ways to enhance my normal routine.
