The cap size said medium but it fit my small head without adjusting the bands. The hairline was preplucked but it doesnt match my shap. I can work with it.The lace qas the perfect color and the 20 is a great length. At first i was worried that it was shorter but it was perfect. No shedding ir tangles occured and the hair is super soft. I will update.UPDATE....A few days after writing the review, i was appalled to find LICE nits in my wig. I had washed and conditioned the hair and when combling to style, i found something stuck to the hair . I had to pick it out which took a strand with it. Then 5 more. Im upset because the wig is beautiful but i cut the lace so no money back. I will reach out to the company. I cleaned the wig with vinegar and salt then shampoo and reconditioned. Im following with lice treatment in a week.Update....After the initial mishap with my hair, it is still holding up. It has minimal shedding and it is still full. I increased the rating however, I will be cautious in buying from the company again. I did receive a partial refund if money and apology from the company so I'm going to let it go. I read positive and negative reviews and decided to give it a chance. First impression, the unit is beautiful. The softness and texture of the hair are what I was looking for. I needed this unit for a specific event and look. Upon further inspection, the cap is too big. The adjustable straps are there, but you can only use the fist to slits, all the rest are sewn on the under portion where the hook would go through. The combs are in off places. There's one in the center back portion of the cap and the other two are towards the top of the cap. But completely off, not near the temple, or even for that matter. And there are loose strings throughout. While some things I can fix myself, such as adding an elastic strap and sewing my own combs, the rest is unable to be modified. As much as the unit cost, which is reasonable in my opinion, I expected quality work. I've purchased different units from other brands and have had no problems. I just like to support other companies from time to time, especially if I see something that I like. Yes, I could have sent this back, but with the holiday and my event being so close together, I did not have the time to wait for a new item, so I made my adjustments and went on my way. Those who choose to purchase this unit, please thoroughly inspect that it is up to par before making any changes, such as cutting the lace etc.UPDATE:I am updating my rating for this unit. After communicating with the seller, I am pleased with their willingness to fix the situation. The interaction was completely positive and professional.
