For me, north Atlantic Sprats are the best and that's what these are. When packed in Olive Oil they are delivered as healthy and flavorful as they come. However you serve them from here, they're healthy and delicious. King Oscar are consistent and even the bones are good for you. These meaty nuggest are literally the healthiest fish you can eat, especially for the low mercury content.
