This Baron's tahini is excellent and I will be buying it again and can recommend it highly. I didn't notice any recipes here, so I will give you mine. I would recommend getting a really good blender because that is the key to getting silky smooth hummus. I can recommend Vitamix or Blendtec. I have used both and they work great. This recipe can be tweaked to suit your taste. Some recipes call for cumin, which I don't care for, but you might really like it. Recipe: Start with one can of salted garbanzo beans. Put 2 tablespoons of the liquid in the blender, drain the rest and put the garbanzo beans in the blender. Add the juice from one lemon or 2 limes. 1 to 3 cloves of garlic. 2 to 3 tablespoons of tahini. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Blend it all up in the blender until it is smooth. The texture depends on the power of the blender and how well it gets mixed up and also how much liquid has been added. Tahini thickens the mixture. You will have to experiment with the ingredients to get the taste and consistency you prefer. I like plenty of garlic. You will never buy the store bought, processed stuff again after making your own. It's really easy and tastes great. You can eat it like a dip with crackers, or you can toast some bread and eat it that way.
