They sewed in a panel on the top in the front to help keep it from being see through there, and also sewed panels in just the front of the shorts. Doesn’t help much. I was hoping my 10 year old could use this on its own when we go to splash pads or on water rides at the amusement park, but as see through as it is, even dry and with the panels, she’ll have to wear a swimsuit underneath, so it almost defeats the purpose. It’s sad because it is super cute, and fits just right. (Bought a 10/12, she typically wears a 10).
