Of course the return window is closed and Amazon does not provide any information on how to handle defective products.Update: The company reached out to me and extended a refund for the faulty battery. I will see how the 2nd one does and update again if needed. I have to take some responsibility here and admit that I did not realize these were not authentic Milwaukee batteries. This is a huge savings over the originals, but the jury is still out on whether or not you save any $$. I charge them on my Milwaukee charger and they seem to last as long as my Milwaukee batteries do. I charge and discharge them around 10 times a week.
