I bout this to use a supplementary pad for when I do math problems (or other scratch work) and it works really well. The pad is a bit hard to see at times, but I'd say that in most lighting conditions it should be alright. It is much lighter than I expected - it's nearly a featherweight (this could be a plus or a minus depending on what you are expecting - for me it didn't make a difference).The one issue I had was not with the pad, but with the styluses that came with it. The company was really generous and sent an extra stylus, which would be awesome if I actually liked them. I was hoping for a fine point, something I could use precisely, but instead the stylus have rounded tips, which makes them really glidy and have less impact with the surface.I did buy some styluses with finer points, and now everything works beautifully.
