This product is suitable for small space heating, dehumidification and warmth preservation within 0.5 cubic meters. The service life of the product is long. The general standard is that the power attenuation after 3 years is less than 10%. Because of the temperature resistance limitation of the fan, the heater is suitable for the ambient temperature range of -5 - 65℃. Surface insulation, safe to use. This product is suitable for heaters, air conditioners, automobiles, etc. Note Red is the positive pole and black is the negative pole. The outlet wires of heaters and fans can be separately connected to the power supply. Fans must be inputted by DC. PTC heaters are not divided into AC and DC. The power of all PTC products is not a fixed value, but a range. The power range of this fan heater is within the (+20%) range of the labeled power. The power of different ways of using the same product is different. Simply speaking, the better the heat dissipation, the greater the power. Review: Doesn’t over heat and burn up - This product is great. I use it to heat an outdoor cat house. The fan at one point got stuck on a small piece of wood and the heater fan all night without the fan. It did not over heat and burn my cat house down. When this thing gets hot it stops heating up. The hotter it gets the lower the wattage draw so it effectively holds a steady temp when things go wrong. I’m thinking 200f since it didn’t melt the fan plastic. Awesome product and my cat loves it

**Q: can the heater run on 12v or only 110v?**
A: The fan is 12v, the heater is resistance and expects 110v. The heater may function, but poorly, at 12v.

**Q: I assume the 250W is the heating element, and the fan only draws a very minimal wattage?**
A: That is correct.

**Q: What is the cutoff temperature on the thermistor? For example, the heater turns off when the unit housing reaches 95 degrees F.**
A: This unit only has the heating element and fan, any temperature control would have to be done by a separate device.

**Q: Can the heating element be conectec directly to a 110 wall power outlet ?**
A: Yes but you want to make sure that the fan is also connected to the 12V power supply otherwise you will damage the unit.  I suggest you connect both the heating element and the 12V power supply to a common switch.

It did not over heat and burn my cat house down. When this thing gets hot it stops heating up. The hotter it gets the lower the wattage draw so it effectively holds a steady temp when things go wrong. I’m thinking 200f since it didn’t melt the fan plastic. Awesome product and my cat loves it
