Very traditional classical beautiful Japanese kitchen 'Usuba' Thin Sickle Shape Chef's knife. Made by a Japanese craftsman Shigeki. Hand hammered finish reduces drag when cutting, keeping foods from sticking to the knife blade! Popular cutlery in Japan, also overseas!!   'Kasumi' is the one of techniques how to sharpen and finish materials, part of blade looks like wave pattern, has a beautiful gradation, smooth and shiny. ( Most of high quality cutlery are sharpened in Kasumi finish )  'Aogami 2 Go' ( a name, types and grade of stainless steels ) is the hardest and high grade in steels, knife keeps its sharp edges for years, and not get rusty!   We have a confidence about this product, are pretty sure you would like it! It's a chance to get your ONLY one "Made in Japan" goods in the world!
