Main meals, shopping list and kitchen staples are included.Intro talks about the Mediterranean diet and what it includes, health benefits and how to lose weight.Each recipe starts with a title, prep and total time.Nutritional info per servings given, calories, carbs, fiber, protein and fat-NOT broken up into good or bad,List of ingredients and directions are given.There are NO pictures.Another cookbook included: Mediterranean diet cookbook: healthy and tasty recipes to get you started.This TOC has daily meal plans with recipes also.Intro talks about the diet  and benefits.Ideas for different varieties are given for meals, use your imagination.Some recipe that start with a title, servings and list of ingredients and direction. The author explained it very nicely. This is really an informative book. I am glad I purchased it. The recipes are easy to understand.
