The large will work but it's a tighter fit and you will not be able to dry it. It is 55% polyester so it won't shrink too much in the dryer but it will shrink a little bit. The material feels really good oh, it's banner and breathable. The buttons appear to be fastened on pretty well and I like that there is plenty of length in the Torso.
