Like around 40 degrees?** A: i will not recommend wear this in cold weather (Mesh). **Q: What is the armor in the shoulders, arms and back made of? Is it soft padding or hard plastic?** A: it is a soft foam padding **Q: can you give me a sizing chart? how big is Large? How big is X-Large?** A: I don't know where to get a sizing chart. But I'm 5'10" 155, 31" waist, and the large fits perfectly. I could even be a bit larger and it would still fit. I'm glad it's snug enough so that if I'm in an accident (like I was too months ago), it protects me and I don't slip out of it. **Q: Is the jacket machine washable?** A: I wouldn't think so I would dry clean. Its a very nice jacket and wouldn't want to ruin it.
