The quality is consistent, the texture is good, and the 4.25 oz jar lasts a decent amount of time. For her, these are a comfort‑item pantry staple. The only downside is that they can be a little tricky to find, and sometimes they go in and out of stock, which makes them feel like a small treasure hunt. But once we tracked them down, she was thrilled — they taste just like the ones she used to get and have become her go‑to again. Solid 5/5, especially if you love anchovies and want something reliable.

I use in sauces, casseroles, side dishes, soups, Caesar salad dressing, and pizza, all of which require some salt for fullest flavor. The benefit is that I don't need to add salt; I've got it already in the dish. These are some of the most delicious anchovies I have ever come across. You can taste the craftsmanship that went into them, the flavor is so balanced, with a sweetness that lingers on the tongue. The dainty little glass jars ensure cleanest taste with minimal chemical or metallic intrusions. Once empty, they can be cleaned and re-used for a multitude of purposes... you add nothing to the landfill! What's not to love?
