The term “Full Strength” refers to the highest concentration tolerable to the skin, which is Sodium Hypochlorite 0.5%. All Sodium Hypochlorite has to be buffered before being applied to the skin or it will be too strong -- ours are lowered so the pH is about 10, which is much more tolerable to the skin. So the percentages refer to how buffered each product is, assuming 0.5% is the highest amount. Half of 0.5% would be .25% and a quarter of 0.5% is 0.125%. Di-Dak-Sol is diluted even further, to the point that 0.0125% of the bottle is Sodium Hypochlorite. **Q: Can this be shipped to mississippi?
