Review: Works Great on a V Star 1300 Deluxe - I installed this product on a cobra fatty bar which is 1.5" diameter. It was on a 2014 Yamaha v star 1300 Deluxe. I have no complaints about this product. The build and finish quality is great! The fasteners have held well. I didn't use locktite because I knew I was going to have to keep adjusting until I found the position I liked. Even though I didn't use locktite nothing has come loose. I put all my weight on it sometimes to relieve bum pressure and it has never moved from it's position. My height is 5'8". I wear pants with a 30" inseam so I don't have long legs. I believe that this set had too long of a stem for someone my size. I'm not saying it doesn't work. It does because you truly can swing this thing around and put it anywhere you want the peg to be. However they offer the same kit in a shorter stem that I believe would've worked as well. The shorter stem would have made the pegs look more streamlined. The longer stem was unnecessary for my size and is bulky. Luckily it is good looking! However if you have any doubts like I did, order the long stem and no worries. The size sweep is SURE to fit! I had no idea where to start with where to place the peg. So i'll tell you what worked for "ME". I placed the peg so that my heel was rested on my floorboards and that the ball of my foot was rested on the pegs. My legs where stretched out with a slight bend at the knees. Now you will have to have a helper that can set every thing up and tighten it as you sit on the bike. Yes you could do this by your self but do yourself a favor and get a helper. It would be very difficult to get your feet angle by your self. I also recommend to do the fitting while wearing the shoes you intend to ride with. I fitted them while wearing my work boots and when I went to ride everything felt different in my riding shoes. I had to readjust. The soles were too different. If I had rode with boots it would've been fine but I ride in low sole shoes. This is just something to save you some time.Another tip, pay attention to where you sit on the seat when you ride. I sit back in my seat when I ride but when I come to a stop I scoot forward so that I can plant both of my feet down. Make sure that when you fit these pegs you are sitting in the same position as when you are riding. I also made this mistake and had to readjust. I fit them while sitting too far forward and when I test rode them They were too far forward. I have noticed that the pegs do relax me more than without them. It gives me three extra feet placements. One with heel on floorboard and ball on peg. One with center of foot on peg. One with heel on peg. For those longer times in the saddle you will notice a difference in comfort!
Review: This review is for those needing 1" clamps... - These are great, first of all, very versatile. However, when I ordered the company was out of 1" clamps and my engine guards on my 2021 Honda Rebel 500 ABS SE are 1". My order, which was reasonably priced compared to the manufacturer's site, included 1 1/4 clamps which of course won't work. I was encouraged by several folks on here to order 1" clamps from rivco. Well... no. They don't fit right, and there is a key part that doesn't match up with the Kurakyn longhorn highway pegs, so barring trying to somehow file/cut off some steel and beautiful powdercoating on the rivco's, I'm sending them back. And now all of sudden there is a suppy of the perfectly matched 1" clamps made by Kurakyn, and those are the ones you want, if you need 1" clamps. Who wants a 90% solid attachment to highway pegs? Not me. And desertcart is a third cheaper than buying them from K, looks like, with free shipping. The blacked out highway pegs are the bomb, by the way. Look great, super adjustable, good quality.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the brackets and the foot pegs included?**
A: Its all there ready to mount up. Clamp, bracket, pegs. Just make sure you order the right size clamp. 1-1/4, 1-1/2...etc. so it is nice and tight on your highway bar.

**Q: Standard crash bar size on 2012 ultra classic**
A: Fits my stock 1 1/4" dia. crash bar. Make sure the size you order fits your crash bar.

**Q: Why would this not fit on an 07 Harley electra glide classic?**
A: The #7599 will mount to the 1 1/4" engine guard of your '07 FLHTC, it is not easy if you have lower fairings and would suggest to using #7583 or #7584 Tour-Tech Cruise Mounts with bikes that have lowers. Sincerely, Greg

**Q: Will it fit a 2010 Ultra Glide?**
A: The long horns will fit any bike as long as you order the correct attaching clamp. My venture used a 1" clamp and I think the HD uses a 1.25" clamp. When you order the long horns they will ask what size clamp you need. Ask your HD dealer what size tube your crash bar is or measure it yourself. I like my long horns and I feel they are some of the best hwy bars out there.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heavy duty/high quality
*by S***E on June 7, 2021*

I’m using these on a 2007 Electraglide Classic. They were easy to set up. They are comfortable to use while riding, and very sturdy. I’m about 150 lbs. and can put my whole weight on these highway pegs. They are also very adjustable for length of leg, and width positioning. I’m about 5’7” and have the pegs extended toward me. If I had longer legs I could extend them away from myself and probably gain 6-8”. All in all, I’d buy these again. Quality product, looks great, and feels great to stretch out on the ride.
