I received as a gift. Cute to use by my bedside and I like I’m able to use mostly any water bottle to keep things clean. Review: Could be better - I got this for my bedside as my room is pretty dry. When it works, it works great! Just stick it in a cup of water or a bottle and plug it in. The mist is really nice and quiet. The downside is that I've noticed mine shuts off after about 3-4 hours. I'm not sure if this is a defect or not and can't find any information out on that matter. For most that won't matter as you may only need it for a few hours or use it while awake and just turn it back on. I wish I was selected to review it for a free one like many reviewers here, but alas I was not so lucky. Anyway, I had surgery that left me having more chronic issues with my sinuses and I've been told that humidifiers are helpful. This was the most economical option for me since I wasn't ready to commit to a large expensive machine. I'm so glad because not only has this helped my sinus issues, it's also portable! I can take it anywhere there is a usb plug. I like the little blue indicator light that shows if it's on. It's a nice little detail since it's helpful to know if it's working or not. CON's: After multiple uses, I've noticed that if you let the product dry out and then use it again, the first few minutes will have a stinky smell, similar that of an old wet towel you've left in your gym bag. Also, it takes a long time to restart if you've not used it for a day. The box says it takes 5 minutes for the mist to produce although mine took about 15 minutes, to the point where I thought it was broken. This is the only reason why I didn't give it a full 5 stars.
