Review: Very good knives with a reasonable price - I am a semi professional chef. I have knives from several brands from a range of inexpensive to very expensive ones. I currently have 4 Paudin knives (8" chef, boning, 5" utility, 3" paring). They are all are very good, exceptinally sharp, well balanced and have comfortable handles. I recommend all of them to to household users and more serious cooks. Not a fault of this knife specifically but, because they are not full bolstered knives, if you are distracted and tired when using these knives, your hand slowly slips towards the blade and you can hurt your index finger if you are not careful enough. I have the same issue with my all half bolstered knives. Even though we didn't have a good relationship with customers services due to a delivery error, Bonnie fixed problems and she even offered me some refund to fix my problem. Thank you Bonnie.
