Review: Broken After Less Than One Year - UPDATE: After just one year of use in a 2 person household, this brush broke at the plastic stem where the brush attaches to the soap dispenser. I am highly disappointed and emailed the company, who states on their website.... For more than two decades, we’ve made tools that delight and exceed expectations. Our curiosity drives us. Your satisfaction inspires us. I cook a lot so this brush gets a workout multiple times each day. The only one downside is that there does not seem to be a way to regulate the amount of soap that it dispenses. It doesn't matter if you push the button gently or a good solid push, the same amount of soap comes out. And sometimes you only need a little dab, but you get a big dollop. Other than that, it is a great product and I would purchase it again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not for Left-Handed Users

I’ve used this palm scrubber for years. It worked well until the design change a few years ago. This knob at the bottom breaks off too easily. I end up having to purchase a new base multiple times a year. Also, when the design was changed, the threading on the replacement head was made too short. You see, I am left-handed. When I used the palm scrubber in my left hand in a circular motion, the brush comes off! I have to re-attach the brush and scrub in the opposite direction of my natural tendency. I am surprised that OXO did not test for this. So much for ease of use. I have been purchasing the replacement brushes via subscription on Amazon and my partner has said it is time to try something new and stop wasting money on something that breaks repeatedly on a regular basis. (We’ve been working from home since March, and this is the second one to break since then.)
