This is very subjective, but I enjoy the taste and texture.- It satisfies my lunch-time hunger (after fasting since dinner the night before). It holds me all afternoon.- After consumption, I tested my own ketosis later in the afternoon with urine strips and this keeps me in it.I will now order my second box of 12 bars @ 60 grams each: 17g fat / (5g protein + 3.1 net carbs) = 2:1 ketogenic ratio plus 11g fiber, which is excellent.
