I bought this exact unit under a different listing on Amazon. It broke within a month right as the return window closed. I contacted the seller and got patronizing responses about how the unit works (I have multiples of these for each of raised garden beds and bought this one for a new garden bed added this past spring). I did everything Cindy recommended and the unit is still busted. In my last response I asked for next steps (sending my unit back and getting a replacement one) and got no response.The listing disappeared from Amazon so I couldn’t leave a review. My guess is this is how this seller gets away with selling junk. Sell under one listing for a while and then create a new one and start fresh.
