I reached out to the manufacturer to replace it with another one. They told me the device was no longer under warranty since by the time I tried to submit the warranty I was a week or so over the two month period. I replied copying the email I received from them and the date of my order stating that I notified them of the issue, and I am just trying to get a replacement. I was even willing to pay for the difference for an upgrade. I never even heard back from them. I won't purchase from this manufacturer again. It was difficult to figure out what coordinated with what. Also, its nerve wracking to take it into the pool and worry about the headphones pulling out and getting the headphone jack wet. Overall, once I figured out how to convert my MP4s to MP3s it has good sound in and out of the water. Great for the cheap price.
