Well almost all. *by T***M on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2019* I ordered two of these fence tarps for the sole purpose of keeping my lazy neighbors cut weeds and grass on their side. I got tired of going out there to sweep up their clippings every time the wind would blow over to my driverway and walkway. Yes they cut their weeds, but never ever sweep them up. This has not eliminated the problem totally. Reason being is it was hard to get it all the way down to the bottom of the chainlink fence. There's still a gap from the cement to the bottom of the fence. The tarp isn't really heavy weight and you can see through it really good. But it is managing to keep a lot of their clippings on their side.
