They were difficult to clean and ended up becoming semi-disposable. This version is easy to rinse and clean.Really hard to review these for teething since that’s largely about preference. Our daughter loves these but it doesn’t offer any relief. It does offer relief for me and my wife. We used these in Disney at meal time. Our 7 month old could sit in her high chair and we could fill this with almost any food and there was no concern of choking. Rice, beans, bananas, potatoes, chicken, cake, cookies, whatever.It has a nice big handle for babies. I still recommend getting a strap because it can get slippery and fall.
