All of the products I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition. I looked for a long time for longlasting straightening products that did not contain formaldehyde. I was a little skeptical at first, but decided to take a shot. These products are great! They have a nice scent, are easy to use, and came with instructions. I've had the treatment for over 2 weeks now and it still keeps my hair straight and sleek - which is pretty awesome because i have REALLY curly/frizzy hair without product. Keep in mind, I did the treatment myself, it gets light waves after showering, but I use the flat iron just a bit and the waves are gone. I was sparing with the straightening treatment (no. 2) so that may be why. Also, I've experimented using the kerarganic shampoo/ conditioners and then other brands that do not contain salt or sulfates, so far, the kerarganic are The clear winners.
