The B complex vitamins are extremely important as they give you energy and regulate your metabolism. For the first time in my life, I have found a b-complex vitamin that I will willingly take every day. I am almost 50 years old and for the first time in my life I have not missed taking my vitamins for 3 months in a row! The taste is a bit off-putting at first because, obviously, they are B vitamins. However, after about 3 or 4 days, you get used to the taste and it becomes a matter of course.
