Napisan works incredibly well to not only sanitise but also lift the stains that can be engrained in the fabric of clothing for long term stains. I originally purchased it based off a recommendation over vanish and I have never looked back since, it seems to work on a range of stains from blow outs from babies to blackberries and bolognaise stains.
