I measured shelves with a cloth sewing tape measure (Easier than carpenter's measure.) They do curl up on sides, so I turned them upside down. They are textured on one side and smooth on the other but I have had no trouble with them sliding. It is just so much easier to remove a liner and wash it then trying to scrub off dried- on crud. They appear to be of good quality. I think they are well worth the money.
