If they gave us English only or maybe with Spanish instead of 10 languages, they could use all the extra paper printing it so it's a readable font. The students to hear me clearly enunciate words.** A: I agree with the muffled sound issue. I wouldn't recommend them for online teaching. I Purchased these for my husband. During calls, he could hear the person but they could not hear him. I would recommend a USB wired gaming headset. Most have a boom mic, which would work nicely for online teaching. I work in higher education and use a USB wired headset. **Q: Cannot get it to work with bluetooth. Dell tech support tried for 1 1/2 hours and no connection. Manual print too small to read. Help?** A: I understand the print being way TOO SMALL. I know is that the power must be on turned OFF at first(POWER button on the right side of headset), follow the steps below then turn POWER ON, the blue light starts flashing indicating it's powered on &/or pairing with Bluetooth capable device. Make sure you turn on the Bluetooth capability on your phone or other device, if it doesn't automatically find the headset & connect then you have to search for device which will be listed as "WH-816", if code is needed to access "0000" is the code you enter. The light is suppose to flash(even if POWER is OFF) to indicate a successful pairing. Then turn POWER ON to enjoy! P.S. If does work the first time, turn OFF headset & then back ON. If that doesn't work, try pairing instructions once more with POWER OFF to headset & remember if it's a success the blue light on headset will flash. Micro SD card slot? Why not. They do a little bit of everything and somehow do it well. I used them on a plane and could hear clearly over the engine noise, which already puts them in my personal hall of fame. The sound is solid, voices are clear, and they stayed comfortable enough that I didn’t feel the need to dramatically rip them off mid-flight. Battery life is excellent. I charged them, forgot about it, used them for days, and they just kept going like they were powered by sheer determination. Charging is easy, straightforward, and doesn’t require a special cable scavenger hunt. For the price, the quality is surprisingly good...they feel sturdy, fold up nicely, and don’t give off “about to break if you look at them wrong” energy. and easy to use control buttons.
