    Handy to get parts but check exactly what you're getting

After the eldest managed to damage the latch I was not so angry with him once I found out you could get replacement parts rather than having to buy a whole new stair gate! Lucky boy.However, was a bit miffed that the latch didn't include the small plastic stopper preventing the gate from swinging both ways. Luckily the one off the old latch wasn't damaged but I would expect this to have been included integral when purchasing this part given it is a major safety element and for the fact it is so small I don't see how they could sell separately.So if you need a complete latch beware you may not have all the pieces.

Overall, I am happy with the gates, and accessories seems to be good quality. However the add is misleading and I ordered the wrong items. I have them returned and my money back, but what a waste of time and resources.

I returned this item as it was only some of the components pictured. I needed all of them but it was only the screws, spanner, and grey plastic plugs included, and NOT the white plastic components or the metal rods.A little misleading.Prompt delivery and item was not faulty at all.
