These are "trunks", but I thought I had to give it a shot. I found the 'one'. The waistband is covered over by cotton, so no tight spandex feel. The legs stay in place unless your body takes a drastic change in position. Enough room between the legs and pretty damn comfortable there. Waistband on back stays in place. Be aware that there are two types of this product from the manufacturer. One is all cotton with elastic waist and one is cotton/polyester blend with elastic waist. The cotton blend runs a size smaller than the all cotton. I ordered a medium in all cotton--fits fine.
