Everything I cooked in it stuck to the base. It was not easy to clean at all. It’s now past return by date so it will be going in the bin ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Never going back to a regular pan *by V***A on 4 September 2023* I don’t even care how boring it makes me, I really love these pans. I have a larger and a smaller one now and they’re so versatile, I use them constantly and have thrown out all of my regular frying pans. There’s a learning curve involved with these pans, but as long as you a) let it get HOT before you use it (will a drop of water sizzle?) b) Never let it sit in water or be generally damp, and c) can put up with a heavy piece of cookware then you can’t go far wrong! They’re fabulous for everything from fried eggs to pork chops or cinnamon rolls! If you’ve ever killed a cast iron pan but liked the concept, then these pans are for you.
