This 8” square pan is exactly what I needed for brownies and smaller cake batches. It heats evenly and nothing sticks, even without greasing heavily. I’ve used it with metal spatulas and there’s no scratching so far. The steel feels heavy-duty, not flimsy, and it hasn’t warped at high heat. Cleanup is a breeze.
