"Les Terrors de Marrakech" olive oil has an initial smooth grassy/ green taste, ending with a peppery tickle at the back of your tongue and throat... perfect for dressing, dipping, and finishing. My particular bottle was well packaged with specific attention given to the cork to ensure no seepage during packaging, though I have seen some comments from others where that is not the case...and it's understandable how that might happen as the "cork" is not necessarily tight. The bottle has an "easy pour" insert in the neck, allowing for a convenient and fairly dripless delivery from the bottle.
