I bought this product with my own money at the listed price (at the time of purchase) and received no incentive or request from the seller/manufacturer to write any review. ### ⭐ looks and feels like a very high quality cable, but apparently the TypeC ends are just hot garbage. *by D***C on Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2020* Attractive, thick, soft cables that *look* like they'll be fantastic, frankly when I got them I couldn't believe I'd found such a good deal. Unfortunately it's a faΓ§ade, one of the type-C connectors on the the first and only of the two cables I've used is already failing, and I am VERY gentle on cables and electronics in general: I still have the very first type C cable I ever owned, came with my Galaxy s8+, purchased the day it hit the market >3yrs ago, and I still use that cable with other devices almost daily. No issues whatsoever with that cable after over 3 years and it is much thinner and weaker looking than this cable. The 6.6' cable that I bought this set for now only connects at all ~50% of the time, and 50% of the time that it does connect, I get a "weak charging detected" notification (with OEM 25w pps charger, highly optimized very few always-on apps, I keep my screen brightness low, and never had a problem with the oem cable besides length). I guess you get what you pay for. Too cheap to bother returning unless I have other stuff to go back, and probably no amazing warranty service like my go-to brand that starts with an A and ends with an R. Guess I'll be springing for some nice A***r cables after all :( I really hope my Choetech type-C displayport cable uses a better type C connector than these cables but I'm not too confident in it anyway since it appeared used upon arrival; the the braided jacket was was frayed all over upon arrival, especially at both ends. I will update this review if they happen to offer excellent warranty service but it seems highly unlikely that they would be able to afford the same sort of service as higher and brands given how cheap these cables are. I suppose they are viable if you just need the cheapest possible USB C cables and/or if they're for a static/fixed installation I'm afraid I just can't recommend these cables for charging. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well-made cables, perfect for extending short keyboard, mouse or other USB cables *by N***D on Reviewed in the United States on July 29, 2019* With such a good price, I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this cable 2-pack, but I really only needed something basic to extend the reach of my keyboard and mouse cables. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well these are made, with braided cables and very sturdy construction overall. When i plugged the male end into my computer, the connection was solid and secure. Same thing when I plugged the male end of my mouse & keyboard into the female ends of the 2 cables - they actually "clicked" in place and seem extremely secured. I don't foresee any accidental disconnects based on how well these fit.
