It may not taste like the authentic Rajasthani preparation but its close. People from Rajashtan shouldnt try this as they wont like it at all ....they make it much better. but for the rest definitely try and taste this once . Its all dried vegetables which has a lot of cultural story behind it .The pack comes with a easy DIY recipe... even a kid can make it . Finally it has the little spicy tangy taste with a hint of sweetness with those raisins coming in between .Great value for money ### ⭐⭐⭐ Dried thin sangri and wrong instructions. *by P***K on Reviewed in India on 5 December 2020* package contains mostly dried old thin sangri and ker, the only good thing is it is complete package, comes with spice powder. Instructions are not proper, on the carton, it shows different packages, but in reality most of the things are mixed into without any label. If they are mixing things and packing into single cover, they should have put labels, on which packet contains which things, you have to look closely to figure out that this contains multiple things.
