Kikkoman has a stronger distinct taste that’s good for soups, gravies, sauces, anything added to liquid, Kikkoman is good. Aloha Shoyu on the other hand, is good for gravies and it can stand alone for dipping sauces, like “Poke” mixes, Gyoza dips, things like that.
