It has now been over three weeks since I returned the item. In that time I have spoke to five different desertcart customer service representatives over phone, email, and chat. Each time I have been assured that I will have a response in 48 hours, and when I call to check I am told no claim was filed. This experience has been beyond frustrating and I would stay away from this seller and desertcart Renewed.

I was in the market for a MacBook and based on the reviews I had seen here, figured I could save some money by getting a renewed one. So far I’m in love. It arrived a day early and it’s pretty much brand new. Very crispy. No dents and two very small, hardly visible scratches. (I searched all over very hard multiple times lol) I’ve only had it for three days, just making sure it works properly doing the basics, but I’m installing software today so I’ll update on how it fully functions for my needs in the near future. So far I’m very happy. UPDATE: 7/26/2020 - I’m still in love with the device! I’ve installed all of my software and it’s still as crispy as day one. No delays. The speakers are loud asf! I’m very happy with my purchase. I would buy from this company again.
