The four stakes provided are of good quality and long enough to hold the tent down in strong winds if your ground is firm. I used it to protect a tiny orange tree from a hard freeze of 24 degrees F for six hours without any damage to the leaves. I like the two roll up windows for ventilation when the temps are above freezing. Just make sure your plant will fit inside the tent without crushing it.
