The belt arrived and was the quality that I'd expect it to be - not superior, but decent quality pressed leather. The metal findings seem sturdy and functional. Unfortunately, the size was wrong. As the order form clearly stated XL, the customer service rep was very apologetic, sent me a replacement that we received 2 days later, and let me keep the medium for free. I couldn't have asked for better help!
